Curtis Niewald - Attorney
After graduating from St. Louis University School of Law, Curtis has proceeded to try hundreds of bench trials and numerous jury trials in a variety of different areas of the law. For nearly a decade, he has assisted clients with cases ranging from a simple eviction proceeding to complex personal injury or business litigation. Curtis has also assisted many clients in resolving their disputes quickly, utilizing mediation or other alternate dispute resolution options.
Our firm understands that litigation can be a stressful time for our clients, and we strive to help guide you through the difficult and often lengthy litigation process. Curtis Niewald is licensed in the state courts of Missouri and Illinois, and has practiced before the Eastern District Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri.
In his free time, Curtis enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, and loves finding time to go outdoors, hunt, fish, ski, or travel abroad. He is an avid Blues and Cardinals fan. Curtis also regularly volunteers his time with the high school Mock Trial programs, serves on the School Board for Immanuel Lutheran School in Olivette, has taught Junior Achievement, and participates in job shadowing and career advising for high school and college students.
